Welcome to my Website. I am currently a Postdoc at the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics in Bonn, Germany. My mentors are Karl-Theodor Sturm and Franca Hoffmann. My PhD advisor was Jan Maas at the Institute of Science and Technology (IST) Austria. My main research interests are calculus of variations and optimal transport, with focus in particular on discrete optimal transport and discrete-to-continuum approximation results, both at the level of the transport problems and of the associated gradient-flow evolutions. I have been also working on functional and geometric inequalities on (weighted) Riemannian manifolds (or more in general in metric measure spaces with curvature lower bounds), hydrodynamic limits in stationary/random environments, and quantum optimal transport.
